真实、震撼、走心、信念、勇气……起笔理想，落笔时代，这些都是音乐剧《理想之城》的关键词。
2023年，作为文化和旅游部“新时代现实题材创作工程”的重点剧目之一，音乐剧《理想之城》改编自爱奇艺自制剧集，以女性视角为第一视角，基于现实职场生态，生动刻画了苏筱、赵显坤、夏明、徐知平、黄礼林等人物，向外辐射并引出当代社会中各式各样的职场面孔身处职场困境中如何点亮理想之光。这个跌宕起伏的故事生动展现年轻人在北京的奋斗历程，传达对生活的勇气、对理想的坚持、对责任的书写。

2025年，我们决定在3月8日-9日，中国第102个妇女节复排重现这部作品，致敬女性，致敬时代，致敬每一个坚守理想信念的奋斗者 ,作为京演集团“奋斗三部曲”的最终章，愿每个人都能落成自己的“理想之城”，做自己的“理想之人”！
故事简介
昔日的建筑行业领军企业瀛海集团陷入发展危局，年轻的北漂造价师苏筱脱颖而出，成为了瀛海集团董事长赵显坤的改革利刃。在职场中，立志要出人头地的苏筱接连受挫，不仅遭到了来自集团顽固派的冷枪暗箭，还触碰到了自己心上人夏明的舅舅黄礼林的核心利益。在这条充满荆棘的上升之路上，腹背受敌的苏筱既要面对来自事业的压力，也要面对自身的情感危机。最终，在赵显坤的培养与支持之下，苏筱克服重重困难完成了不可能完成的任务，让瀛海集团重获新生。在理想与现实的对撞中，苏筱亦完成了人生蜕变，拥有了更高的人生追求，与夏明一同构建起了心中的“理想之城”。
