每当与其提到书画，他的眼里总会闪过一缕光，我很确定，那一刻，我看到了他从来没有出现过的眼神，那是一种自信！
从打架斗殴到静心创作，从不服管教到开办画展，一名狂躁罪犯是如何实现从“莫狂”到“墨狂”的转变？
这名罪犯有点“狂躁”
自接手新的监组后，我就注意到他，这个监组里的“刺头”。罪犯李某从中学开始就混迹社会，经常打架斗狠，遇事易冲动，性格易怒多疑、崇尚暴力，在外面一言不合就用拳头说话，与同犯的关系也很紧张。

自从成为他的主管民警以来，我对他的第一感觉是，这名罪犯有点“狂躁”。这一天，他再次违纪，起因是洗漱谁先谁后的小事，一言不合就将对方推倒在地，民警迅速控制了现场，并给予李某相应的违纪扣分处理。这一刻，我对他“狂躁”的形象更加具象化。
后来的教育管理中，我常常以“莫狂”二字教育他，时刻叮嘱他遇事要冷静思考，遵守监规纪律，不要冲动，但实际效果并不是很理想。
笔名“墨狂”的由来
在翻阅他的个人简历时，我发现他在爱好这一栏填写的是：书法绘画。这么文雅的字词居然会出现在这么狂躁的人简历上？我有点不可置信!抱着试试看的想法，将其调入到监区‘新生’书画兴趣小组。

调入“新生”书画组后，李某仍我行我素，对于民警安排的书法练习课，开展的绘画兴趣班等活动十分抵触，不愿意融入书画组的学习，内心中浮躁的情绪让他迟迟不愿拿起画笔。

在一次书画活动上，我找到他询问学习情况。
“秦队，我感觉我很难静心学习了。”
“我看过你的字画，你很有潜力，稍加学习，肯定能有所效果。”
他竟一时间有点手足无措，也许是太久没有听到肯定的声音了。
我继续道“你的性格比较急躁，但却喜欢书画，那些书画大家都是有笔名的，我建议你可以取个“墨狂”的笔名，也希望你能戒骄戒躁，全身心投入到书画之中。”
他开怀大笑“这个好这个好！”
“那你可不要辜负了这个名字。”

自从取了“墨狂”这个笔名后，李某心中重新燃起了对书法绘画的兴趣，开始重新拿起毛笔进行书法绘画的学习，经过一段时间的书画创作，李某脾气性格慢慢收敛了、人际关系缓和了、与同犯交流次数变多了，情绪和心境逐渐稳定。
“墨狂”书画展
李某对书画的兴趣逐渐浓厚，书画方面的特长也逐渐显现。在监区攻坚矫治小组的帮助下，为李某在监区开办了“墨狂”书画展。

李某在准备画展、宣讲的过程中，逐渐找到了自己的改造方向。在民警的鼓励下，李某积极投稿监狱《岭南新生》期刊，先后共有十六幅画被录用，并主动报名参加监区文化墙的绘画创作。后来在一个阳光明媚的下午，我收到了他的感谢信……

民警寄语
在监狱里“莫狂”可能有很多，但“墨狂”只是个例，针对其他难以矫治的罪犯，就需要我们在改造过程中，进行深入挖掘、换位思考，针对不同罪犯性格特点、兴趣爱好，针对性开展艺术矫治工作，引导罪犯树立正确的价值观、重塑罪犯人格。
