龙袍派出所大厅内
“小高，有人来送锦旗给你啦！”
同事立即上楼告知高伟
他好奇又激动地小跑下楼
发现是姚女士
“您太客气了，这都是我应该做的！”
第一次收到锦旗的高伟
立即上前接过姚女士

原来去年12月份
姚女士家因为鱼塘租赁问题
与邻居起了争执
后来双方没有达成一致
陆陆续续争吵了数次
得知这一情况的高伟
立即前往两家纠纷鱼塘勘探测量
并在两家周边走访分析根本原因
随着调查的不断深入
高伟利用师傅传授的“五心”调解法
让两家人逐渐相信了新警“小高”
最终坐下来好好协商
争吵多日的矛盾
在高伟的坚持不懈下
