为深入学习贯彻全国公安工作会议精神和政治工作行动计划，落实公安部党委关心关爱民警、保护民警身心健康部署要求，进一步强化民警心理健康意识，加强民警身心健康保护工作，将爱警暖警措施落到实处，推动铁路公安机关民警心理健康服务工作走深走实，2024年11月21日至12月6日，公安部铁路公安局抽调12名业务骨干，邀请郑州警察学院2名专业教师，组建民警心理健康服务工作队，分两个小组赴济南、上海、南昌、西安、兰州、青藏铁路公安局开展民警心理健康服务工作。
